Eventokia carried out the organization of the XLIII Meeting of the Electrochemistry Group of GERSEQ 44 (RSEQ) that was held from July 3 to 5, 2024 at the Auditorium of the Faculty of Science and Technology of the University of the Basque Country (UPV), in Leioa (Vizcaya). This key event in the field of electrochemistry brought together experts and professionals from the sector to share knowledge and scientific advances.<\/p>\n

The event brought together international experts in the field of electrochemistry, featuring more than 40 oral and poster sessions on key topics such as fundamental electrochemistry, electrochemical energy, electrobionet, electroanalysis and bioelectrochemistry. In addition, plenary sessions were held with prestigious speakers such as Prof. Richard Compton, Prof. Nuria Garc\u00eda-Ar\u00e1ez, and Prof. Francesco Paolucci, along with parallel activities such as the defense of master’s and doctoral theses.<\/p>\n

On the other hand, the attendees had the pleasure of enjoying a gastronomic tour of Bilbao’s Casco Viejo and a closing gala at the San Mam\u00e9s stadium.<\/p>\n

The congress was attended by almost 300 people. The program of the event included 3 plenary sessions, in addition to 5 sessions of oral presentations that presented a total of 114 communications. There were also 81 posters exhibited in 3 poster sessions.<\/p>\n

The satisfaction of the participants was very high, with more than 92% of those surveyed expressing their satisfaction with the organization, and more than 98% recommending the Congress to colleagues in the profession. The scientific program was especially valued, highlighting the relevance of the topics and the quality of the speakers. As for the social program, the Congress Dinner was highly appreciated both for the location and the quality of the menu.<\/p>\n

Finally, the duration of the Congress and the attention of the organizers were the most highly valued aspects, followed by the information and communication during the event, reflecting the excellent organization carried out by Eventokia.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
