As Technical Organization, Eventokia carried out the Organization and Management of Bilbao Mentoring Conference 2022, 2023 and 2024, as well as its subsequent Masterclass of Mentoring Experts. This reference event was, in all editions, the ideal place where companies, institutions and entrepreneurs could discuss strategic aspects and exchange experiences on new trends in mentoring and talent development.
The VII edition of the Bilbao Mentoring Conference was held on November 25, 2024 at the Euskalduna Palace (Bilbao). It is a benchmark event in which companies, institutions and entrepreneurs discussed mentoring strategies in various fields. During the meeting, round tables, interviews and conferences were held in which speakers from different sectors shared their experiences and knowledge. Bilbao Ekintza, an entity of the Bilbao City Council, promoted this event to promote the development of talent and offer business managers and entrepreneurs tools to apply mentoring in their organizations.
In all cases, Eventokia conceptualized the event and made a fully customized scenography according to an event of these characteristics. The realization guided by our management gave a greater dynamism to the event.
It should be noted that the attendees were very satisfied with the development and content of the event. In fact, almost 100% of the attendees would recommend this event. In addition, Lillian Eby’s presentation “Challenging how we think about and do Mentoring” was the best evaluated. Most of the attendees will apply what they learned in their jobs.
Finally, the attention given by the organizers was the most highly rated aspect.
