Created for the Basque Government

Date: November 2023 | Place: Donostia / San Sebastián

As part of its role as the Spanish capital of the Social Economy, in the course of 2023 Donostia / San Sebastián hosted FESLAN, the employment fair and social economy congress, the meeting place for companies in the social economy and people seeking work, which took place on 16th and 17th November at the Kursaal.

The Basque Country is a global landmark in collective enterprise, with companies that have made themselves attractive because they place people centre stage. Eventokia dealt with nearly 50 social economy companies, with many different economic sectors present at a practical, dynamic trade fair to facilitate interaction between people.

Moreover, Eventokia devised a multi-faceted event with a congress, fair and areas to show off quality employment and raise the profile of the companies that make up the social economy.

Eventokia also handled the participation of nearly 1,000 people who attended, including professionals from cooperatives, workforce-owned companies, special employment centres, social inclusion companies, social and solidarity-based businesses, foundations, students and the general public.
