Eventokia has had the pleasure of organizing and coordinating the III International Congress on the Wage Gap in collaboration with the Department of Economy, Labor and Employment of the Basque Government. Despite the fact that the predictions and results of the wage gap with respect to previous years have been positive, decreasing and doing so at a faster rate with respect to other CA, it is relevant to remember the importance of combating inequalities.
Under the slogan “Add to equalize” Eventokia proposed a congress in which women, as protagonists, raised strategies, cases and innovative measures for change and progress towards their future employment.
In addition, we had the presence of relevant authorities who wanted to present their commitment to equality and the urgency of this. Eventokia managed the event in its entirety from the opening show, through audiovisual media and the presence of speakers among others.
