“Once again, Eventokia has collaborated in the organization and management of the Euskadi stand at FITUR 2025, which was held in Madrid from January 22 to 26. On this occasion, the Euskadi stand received the award for best stand, reaching figures close to all-time highs in attendance, both at the fair and at the stand itself.”
Since 2014, Eventokia has managed the Euskadi Stand coordinating different areas of it. This year we made it possible that, in the working area, the best figures of the last 10 years were obtained, both from public and private companies. The professional meetings at the stand broke the record of participation and grew by 57% compared to the previous edition.
At FITUR 2025, the Basque Country stood out with a vibrant stand, showcasing the region’s diversity and wealth of tourism. Throughout the fair, numerous activities were held, from the inauguration of the stand and the presentation of certifications to presentations on sustainability, festivals and new tourism projects. Attendees enjoyed events such as txakoli tastings, Basque dance workshops, exhibitions on the history of Euskadi, and gastronomic and cultural routes, highlighting both its natural heritage and its innovation in tourism. In addition, Euskadi has shown its commitment to the future with initiatives for digital nomads and the promotion of the region as an accessible and sustainable destination.
